Please pick up all yard debris such as toys, dog bones, large rocks, etc., the day before we mow as these type of objects can be very hazardous to our workers and others if hit by a lawn mower and can cause serious damage to your property and our equipment.Shrub Trimming and Clean-Ups
Let our lawn experts design a trimming program for your needs. The trimming and clean up program consists of trimming shrubs, suckers and trees twice/year, weed flower beds, turn mulch 3-4 times/year, miracle grow shrubs and flowers 3-4 times/year and clean leaves out of flower beds/cut back perennials for the winter.Pets
Please let us know if you have any pets that are kept outside so that the crews can be aware of them. While our mowing crews are very careful to keep gates closed, we cannot guarantee that a pet will not escape from the yard. Therefore, we recommend that you keep your pets indoors on scheduled mowing days.Watering
For best results, please do not water your lawn the night before or the morning of the day we are scheduled to service your lawn.Fertilization and Weed Control
Have our lawns experts create a 9-step fertilization and weed control program especially for your yard. In general, this includes 3 applications of fertilizer, 2 applications of pre-emergent weed killer, 1 application of post emergent weed killer on every visit as needed, 2 insecticides and 1 fungicide application.Fire Ant Control
Have ants? Have our certified applicators treat your lawn. We are certified to apply insecticides to residential and commercial lawns.Organic Rabbit Repellant

There are two varieties: Majestics, which are larger flowers with dark centers and Crowns, which have a slightly smaller flower and solid in color.
